Gretna Theatre's 2008 Annual Gala "Feather the Nest " is on Saturday, October 11th at the magnificent Hotel Hershey. and what an elegant and lovely night it will be! Times: 5:30 PM Registration begins just outside the Garden Terrace Ballroom. 6:00 PM Silent Auction tables open in the Fountain Court. 7:45 PM Guests are invited to take their seats in the Ballroom for Dinner. The menu alone is worth the price of admission! Champagne accompanied hot and cold hors d’ouvres in the Fountain Court before dinner will include: Tomato Mozzarella Napoleon Smoked Salmon Cheesecake with Pine Nut Herb Dressing Red Pepper, Goat Cheese and Pesto Bouchee Sautéed Beef and Mushroom Tartlet The sumptuous dinner in the Garden Terrace Room will include: Butternut Squash Bisque with Chive Yogurt Grilled Petite Filet of Beef and Sea Bass with Sun-Dried Tomato Butter Sauce A Chef’s Selection of Seasonal Vegetables Assorted Rolls with Chocolate and Regular Butter Rosettes Assorted Fine Dinner Wines, both Red and White Pear Almandine Chocolate Tart Bitter Almond Whipped Cream with Chocolate Sauce Coffee and Select International Teas there will be a cash bar available throughout the evening.
